Julie Arnold, NRCNAA Web and Graphic Team Leader

Julie Arnold serves as the web and graphic team leader for the Center for Rural Health (CRH) at the University of North Dakota (UND) School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.

She has designed and currently maintains twelve websites, ranging from small local projects to large, complex, highly promoted national sites. Julie specializes in graphic design, design standards for the web, template development, Cascading Style Sheets, accessibility, and search engine optimization.

Julie has been employed by the CRH since 2000. She has 20 years of web, graphic design, and desktop publishing experience and has received specialized training in usability, accessibility, and back-end database integration. Julie assesses new standards technologies and trends, and formulates strategies and plans for future enhancement of the website. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the design and layout of all printed materials. Julie maintains an excellent working knowledge of all graphic programs related to web design and development.
